He who speaks in a tongue edifies himself...

Speaking in tongues charges, builds, improves and edifies your spirit. Like you charge your phone everyday, charge your spirit too by speaking in tongues on a daily basis.

When you speak in tongues, you are not speaking to men but to God, no man understands your language, even you can't understand it. As you speak to God in unknown tongues you edify yourself. You become stronger in the spirit. You become sensitive to the Holy Spirit's unction and leading. Your spiritual senses become sharp. You are able to discern between the right and wrong as well as have the ability to do the right thing. Your level of understanding and insight into spiritual matters increases and you begin to see life from a higher perspective. You began to see and know hidden things supernaturally. I am telling you, speaking in tongues is powerful.

More than a strong body and a strong mind, a strong spirit is the need of the hour because life is spiritual. No matter how strong your body is or how sharp your mind is, without a strong spirit, life is uncertain and unpredictable - anything can happen - like a wave of the ocean tossed and turned by the winds. Take charge and charge your spirit daily by speaking in tongues! You will excel in your life!

"I speak in tongues daily. I build my spirit and charge it by speaking in tongues every day of my life. My spirit is becoming sensitive to the Holy Spirit and I have access to divine insight and mysteries, therefore I am always at the top and everything I do excels"

Love is greater!

And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing.

Love is greater than all the spiritual gifts. Love is greater than faith and hope. Love is greater than all the revelations you can ever have. God is Love.

As a born again child of God, you have the love of God in you through the Holy Spirit. But having God's love in you and walking in love are two different things. Acknowledge that God loves you, you have His love in you and walk in it. No matter how much we know or how big mountains we move, if we are not walking in love, we are nothing. God is Love. Every time you say God, you are saying Love. Every time you say Love, you are saying God. Love is more than words, Love is action. I John 3:18 says, 'My little children, let us not love in word or in tongue, but in deed and in truth.' Love is what makes life beautiful and ministry effective. Love releases power. Love irritates the devil and drives him crazy because he cannot touch a love person.

Major on the love of God. Excel in the love of God. Become a love giant. Know and believe that God loves you unconditionally, passionately and fearlessly. We love others because God first loved us. Loving others acknowledges that you believe God loves you. God loved us so much that He gave His only begotten Son to die for us. Love is the key to victory! Jesus said, if you walk in love, the world will know you are my disciples. Love is greater!

"I excel in the love of God. I know and believe God loves me and therefore I love others fearlessly. Whatever I do prospers and is effective because I do everything in love. Love is my King. Jesus is my Lord."

I Corinthians 11:27‭-‬28
Therefore whoever eats this bread or drinks this cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner will be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord. But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of the bread and drink of the cup.

Did you know that you can partake of the Lord's supper in an unworthy manner - in a way that dishonours the Lord? The Apostle Paul says examine yourself before you eat of the bread and drink of the cup.

In the Corinthian church, there were divisions among her members. Some would take communion before others - some would eat, others would drink and few others will be hungry. No order, no unity and no oneness. The body and blood of Jesus represented the oneness of and in the body of Christ. We are one. One family. One body. No divisions. Galatians 3.28 says, 'There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female: for we are all one in Christ Jesus.' The church is one body with many members. When we partake of the body and blood of Jesus which represents the oneness of and in the body of Christ with strife, divisions and envy in our hearts, we dishonour the Lord and partake of the Lord's supper in an unworthy manner. We are one family. Rejoice with those who rejoice, mourn with those who mourn.

Next time, when you take communion, examine yourself. Forgive your brother and your sister in Christ because we are one in Christ. Forgive. Love. Bless. Pray for one another. Stand for one another. Support one another. Believe God's best for one another. We are ONE. Eradicate envy, strife and divisions and let Love be your King.

"I am a member of the body of Christ. We are one - many members but one body. I walk in love towards my brothers and sisters in Christ. I honour the Lord, I honour His body and His blood. Love is my King and I refuse to be offended. I put no stumbling block in my brothers path and I do them no harm. Love is my nature!"

Be a soul winner!

1 Corinthians 9:19
Though I am free and belong to no one, I have made myself a slave to everyone, to win as many as possible.

The Apostle Paul was a soul winner. He was consumed with winning souls for Jesus - everywhere He went He won souls. He wanted more and more people to know the Gospel - what God has done for humanity in and through Jesus Christ. Are you a soul winner? Become a soul winner!

Proverbs 11.30 says, ..He who wins souls is wise. Every believer is a witness of the resurrection of Jesus. Your life is proof that Jesus is alive. Tell the people in your world what Jesus has done for you and what Jesus has done for them. You can't be quiet after all that the Lord has done for you. Don't live like nothing happened. Jesus said, 'Go and preach the Gospel to every creature.' Who will share the Gospel with your colleagues, your relatives, your friends, your family? Many times we are waiting for some one else to do it. But God put you there to testify and to witness that Jesus is alive. Share the good news! We are not ashamed of the Gospel of Christ for it is the power of God to save everyone who believes.

Ask the Holy Spirit to touch people and convict them as you preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ and as you pray for them in the name of Jesus. Do not be afraid. You are not alone. The mighty Holy Spirit is working in you, through you, for you and will touch every person you share the Gospel with. Just step out! Make a decision and the power will flow! Be a soul winner! Go on with Jesus!

"I am a soul winner. I win souls. I share and tell people what Jesus has done for me and for them. I share the Gospel of Jesus Christ boldly. I work with the Holy Spirit. As I speak, the Holy Spirit touches the heart and mind of every hearer and a great harvest is reaped in the name of Jesus. Heaven rejoices for the great harvest of souls through my life"

God's temple.

I Corinthians 6:19
Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who  is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own?

I am sure you have seen temples in and around your locality. This verse tells us, our body is the temple of the Holy Spirit. You are the temple of God. God dwells in you. Next time, when you see a temple, remember God doesn't live in man made temples, He lives in you.

In the Old testament, God's presence was limited to the ark of the covenant in the Holy of holies and therefore restricted only for a few anointed people. But in the New testament, the blood of Jesus has given us access to God's presence - the Holy Spirit dwells in every born again child of God.  Meditate on this for a while : God dwells in me. You are the Ark of God's presence. What the people of old covenant couldn't enjoy, we enjoy because of the blood of Jesus - fellowship with God. Be conscious that God lives in you. Be conscious of His presence all the time, no matter where you are or what you are doing. In everything and always give Him thanks because He dwells in you. He is all you need and He lives in you. Christ in you!

Offering your body to Him is one of the most powerful ways you can express your gratitude to the Lord for all that He has done for you. This is our spiritual worship. As you glorify God with your body, the Spirit of God will use you mightily to bring more glory to Jesus. Go on with Jesus!

"My body is the temple of the Holy Spirit. God lives, dwells and abides in me. I am conscious of this reality and I offer my body as living sacrifice to the Lord. I walk in constant fellowship with the Holy Spirit and therefore I prosper in everything I do."

I Corinthians 3:1
And I, brethren, could not speak to you as to spiritual people but as to carnal, as to babes in Christ.

You cannot talk to a baby as you talk to a mature person. There's a difference. Babies cannot understand the way mature people understand. Babies will hinder the work of God. Refuse to be a baby. Grow up!

In the kingdom of God, there are babes and there are mature ones. Baby believers, also called as carnal believers are the ones whose minds are still dominated by worldly things. Mature believers, also called as spiritual believers are the ones who minds are dominated by spiritual things - the things of God. I Peter 2:2 says, 'as newborn babes, desire the pure milk of the word, that you may grow thereby.' Every believer in the kingdom of God starts as a baby - no one is born mature. Growing up - becoming mature is a choice. Staying as a baby is a choice. Give the word first and final place in your life. Let it occupy the real estate of your mind and capture it - becoming word strongholds in your mind.

These are the last days and the attacks of the enemy are fiercer than ever before, you cannot afford to be a baby anymore. The word of God is your food, desire it and feed on it consistently and you will begin to grow and discern between good and evil, between the good and the best. Refuse to stay where you are! Keep feeding! Keep moving!

"I refuse to be a baby believer. I desire the word of God and I feed on it consistently. I am growing in grace and in the knowledge of Jesus. My mind is not on the things of the world but I put my mind on the things of God. I am spiritual - walking by faith, walking in love, led by the Holy Spirit and rooted and grounded in God's word."

I Corinthians 2:9‭-‬10
But as it is written: “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man The things which God has prepared for those who love Him.” But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God.

God has prepared outstanding things for you - things that no human eye has seen, no human ear has heard and no human heart has ever conceived. Such things are beyond human intellect and comprehension. You cannot know them through your physical senses or your mental faculties.

The only way you can know them is by the Holy Spirit. He is the gateway into the deep things of God. It's not by power, nor by might but only by the Holy Spirit. God desires each one of His children to know His deep things and this is why He has given us the Holy Spirit. Believer, you have the Spirit of God living on the inside of you. As you become sensitive to the Holy Spirit, He will lead and guide you into these deep secrets.

Desire to go deeper, refuse to stay at the shore. The deeper you go in the things of God, the higher you will rise in life and the stronger your foundation will be. As you go deeper, you will be healthier, wealthier, and wiser. God has freely given us these things, so take a dive in the word of God with the Holy Spirit and go deep to know the depths of God. Go on with Jesus!

"I refuse to stay at the shore. I am going deeper in the things of God by the Holy Spirit. Deeper in grace and deeper in the knowledge of Jesus. I am going higher, ever higher in life. Thank you Jesus!"

God is faithful, by whom you were called into the fellowship of His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.

Believer, God has called you to partner with Jesus - walk with Him, work with Him and live with Him. Fellowship results in Dominion.

Your success in any and all areas depends on your fellowship with Jesus. Jesus said, 'I am the Vine, you are the branches. He who abides in me and I in him will bear much fruit, for without me you can do nothing.' Abiding results in much fruit. God desires each of His children to live a prosperous, successful and fruitful life. Jesus said, You didn't choose me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit and that your fruit should remain. God is interested in every area of your life and wants to help you succeed. God is committed to your success. Your success is on His mind. What a loving God we have!

Partner with Jesus - partner with the word of God and with the Holy Spirit who dwells in every believer. Learn to walk on the word consistently and have an intimate relationship with the Holy Spirit who dwells in you. Your partnership with Jesus will take you to the very summit of prosperity and opulence. You will never miss God's will. Be blessed!

1 Corinthians 1:2
to the assembly of God that is in Corinth, to those sanctified in Christ Jesus, called saints, with all those calling upon the name of our Lord Jesus Christ in every place--both theirs and ours:

When you hear the word 'saint' people think it's only for those who lived a holy life, did many charitable works and made a lot of sacrifices.

This verse tells us, if you are in Christ, you are sanctified and you are called as a saint. You are a saint right now. The moment you got born again, the moment you came in Christ, you became a saint. The word 'saint' means 'set apart ones'. Set apart from sin. Set apart from the ways of the world. Set apart for God. Set apart for His call. Set apart to live holy and a life that pleases Him.

You are a saint - as holy, as righteous, as pure, as blamless and as clean as Jesus Himself. Every member in the body of Christ is a saint. Your faith in the works and blood of Jesus has made you a saint. Saints, what a great God we serve! Jesus is Lord! The best is yet to come!

"In Christ, I am sanctified and I am a saint. I know who I am. I am what God says I am. I am set apart for God. Hallelujah!"

Philippians 2:13
For God is working in you, giving you the desire and the power to do what pleases him.

Without holiness, no one will see the Lord or experience the manifestation of His goodness. Your sanctification is God's will.

Living holy simply means living a life that is seperate from the worldly ways and dedicated, devoted to God. Some say, it's impossible to live a holy life in this dark wicked world. If you try in your ability or will power, you will never be able to live a holy life. The presence of Christ in you makes you as holy as Jesus himself. Believer, you are holy and therefore you live holy. This revelation is the first step in living a holy life. Christ is your sanctification.

Abide in Him. Dwell on His word. Stay connected to the Vine. As you do it, the Holy Spirit will change your desires, He will create in you holy and godly desires and will give you the power to fulfill those desires. The key however is to stay connected! As you abide, He works. The moment you stop abiding, the work stops. What a great God we serve!  Hallelujah!

But we are citizens of heaven, and it is from there that we expect a Deliverer, the Lord Yeshua the Messiah.

You are a citizen of heaven. Believer this is not a promise, it's new testament reality, a fact.

What limits Indians cannot limit you because you are a citizen of heaven. Don't live as a citizen of any earthly country, live as a heavenly citizen. You have unlimited potential - there is no limit to what you can achieve. Earthly citizens are limited, heavenly citizens are unlimited.

Do not limit yourself because citizens of heaven have no limits. Nothing is impossible for you. For one who comes from above is above all. Discover yourself! Know thyself! Be You! Live You! Born to Fly!

How many things? ALL THINGS. The moment Christ came in you and you came in Christ, you became a new being with endless possibilities.

Never say, I am unable to do the will of God. You are able, you are well able because Christ is your ability, Christ is your sufficiency and Christ is in you. You are well able to do God's word. You are well able to fulfill your God given calling, to live a holy life and to finish your course with joy. Never doubt! Only believe and walk on with Jesus!

You must each decide in your heart how much to give. And don’t give reluctantly or in response to pressure. “For God loves a person who gives cheerfully.”

God loves a cheerful giver, one who loves to give and gives joyously. Enjoy your giving! Rejoice that you get an opportunity to raise your income supernaturally! Hallelujah!

Giving to God is a privilege because you are not giving to someone who lacks something, you are giving to the One who owns everything. When I give based on God's word with a cheerful heart, knowing that God loves me and that my giving is for my benefit then things begin to change in my life and in my finances. When you lack word knowledge concerning giving, you complain, grumble and think people are trying to steal your money and therefore you hold tightly to your resources blocking your own prosperity. Shake off the fear and step out of the boat on the word of God. Refuse to be poor. No seed of Abraham should ever be poor or be in lack. Never.

A proper understanding of the character of Jesus, of His word and of His love for you will make you a cheerful giver. You will not only love to give but you will live to give. For the cheerful giver, the word says, God is able to make all grace abound towards you, that you always having all sufficiency in all things may abound to every good work. Your seeds will be multiplied and the fruits of your righteousness will be increased. What a joy! What a blessing! What a privilege! Give like never before!

"I am a cheerful giver. I love to give and I live to give. I give based on God's word and out of love for Jesus. I live an all sufficient life for my God has made all grace abound towards me. Hallelujah!"

Psalms 1:2
But his delight is in the law of the Lord, And in His law he meditates day and night.

Word meditation is vital in the life of a believer. Without meditation, there is no revelation and without revelation there is no transformation.

Lack of meditation results in dryness of life, flesh begings to dominate the spirit, worldly things become more pleasing and spiritual things lose interest. Always make yourself available for word meditation. Word meditation will enable you to be a consistent doer of God's word. Take a verse or a portion of Scripture and think on it. Write it down and ponder over it. Say those verses over and over again under your breath. Ask the Holy Spirit to give you insights and revelations from those verses. As you do, the word will become alive for you and will start talking to you. You will experience joy and freedom of the Holy Spirit. You will never be the same.

Meditation takes the word down into your spirit. Your spirit soaks and absorbs the word and becomes one with it. The word in your spirit and in your mouth will change any situation around. Lack of meditation keeps the word only in your head and it won't do you any good. Dwell on the word and let your success be seen by all. Glory!

They are like trees planted along the riverbank, bearing fruit each season. Their leaves never wither, and they prosper in all they do.

I am sure you might have heard this statement, 'Everything he touches turns to gold.' It talks about consistent and lasting success. Think about this, success in everything you do. What a life!

For some it's just a dream, for others it's next to impossible. Some conclude that it's only for a few lucky people. Believer, this is your life - a life flowing with unending success and prosperity in every step. Verse 3 is a result of verse 1 and verse 2. Psalms 1:1‭-‬2 says, 'Blessed is the man Who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, Nor stands in the path of sinners, Nor sits in the seat of the scornful; But his delight is in the law of the Lord , And in His law he meditates day and night.' Because unending success is a result, therefore it's a choice.

Meditate on the word day and night. Think, ponder on it, reflect on it and study it day and night. Chew it day and night like a chewing gum. Let the word become your delight, your thrill, your happiness and your joy. Let the word become your first love and your top most priority. Everything a word man touches turns to gold. Hallelujah!

For the Lord God is our sun and our shield. He gives us grace and glory. The Lord will withhold no good thing from those who do what is right.

The word of God is so precious, so enriching, so delicious. There is nothing like the word of the living God. This verse is so powerful. Hallelujah.

The Lord God is our sun therefore we always shine, we are never in darkness, in confusion and chaos. We walk in the higher knowledge of Gods word - full of energy and full of life. The Lord God is our shield therefore we are supernaturally protected and no fiery arrows of the wicked one can penetrate this shield. No sickness. No fear. No terrorist attacks. No evil. No harm. No loss. Be conscious and celebrate the word of God. Unless the word becomes real to you, you won't be able to enjoy it's benefits. Meditate!

No good thing will the Lord withhold from those who do what is right. What is right in this world full of views and opinions of people? The word of God is right. When you walk on Gods word, you are doing what is right. You will never lack good things in life because you honour God's word. Keep speaking God's word. Keep doing God's word. Keep celebrating God's word. Never give up. The best is yet to come.

"The Lord is my sun and my shield. I am never in darkness, I am always in the light, moving higher and higher in God. I am supernaturally protected. I am a consistent doer of God's word and my life is full of good things. Thank you Father, in Jesus name, Amen"

Mark 11:14
Then he said to the tree, “May no one ever eat fruit from you again.” And his disciples heard him say it.

What do you do when there is a mountain in front of you? When there is darkness all around you? When there are dry bones staring at you? It's simple : YOU TALK!

Jesus is our standard. When Jesus came across a challenge, whether it's a fig tree, winds and waves or high fever, He would start talking to them - not ABOUT them but TO them. God spoke to darkness. Ezekial spoke to dry bones. Are you facing a challenge today? Is there a mountain in front of you? Don't beg God to do something. Start talking to it in the name of Jesus. Whethers it's sickness, pain, debt, bad habits, fear or whatever it is - start talking to it. Refuse to talk about it. Look at the verse again, Jesus spoke TO the fig tree. Jesus said in Mark 11.23 “Truly  I tell you, if anyone says TO this mountain, ‘Go, throw yourself into the sea,’ and does not doubt in their heart but believes that what they say will happen, it will be done for them.” Take some time and do some talking. Take the word and put it in your mouth and start talking. Keep speaking the word, never stop talking.

Words once spoken starts working in the spirit realm - ignorance of this reality is one of the reason why many people quit speaking. Because they don't see anything happening in the physical, natural, visible realm, they quit. Always remember, things happen first in the spirit realm and are then manifested in the natural realm. Talk! Keep talking! Never stop talking! See the word and speak the word! Hallelujah!

"I refuse to talk ABOUT my mountains. I talk TO it and I command, Be removed and be thrown into the sea, in the name of Jesus. I am unstoppable in Christ and I am fulfilling my destiny in God with excellence, joy and holiness. Jesus is Lord"

He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord , “He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will trust.”

We live in a very dangerous time and it's getting worse by the day - climate change, terrorist attacks, deadly sicknesses, failing economy, unemployment, lay offs, corruption, injustice and fear everywhere. How do you live fearlessly in such times?

There is a secret place in God. This secret place is a place of supernatural protection - what takes the world down cannot touch you. Though we are in this world, we are not of it, we don't belong to it. We come from another place - heaven. We are under the government of heaven and we live by the economy of heaven. The rich cannot buy this secret place with all their riches. Money can't give you access to this place. The only access to the secret place of God is Jesus. If you have received Jesus, you are in the secret place of God - where nothing can harm you and no evil will befall you. You are supernaturally protected! You are safe irrespective of what's happens in and to the world.

The only way you can stay in this secret place is by living the word life. Acknowledge, speak and celebrate that you are in the secret place of the Most High God. Be bold to speak. Be bold to declare. Be bold to give Jesus glory. Goliath is always speaking. You need to speak to Goliath. If you don't speak to Goliath, then very soon you will be speaking Goliath's language. When people are afraid and running here and there searching for safe places, you will be still and rejoicing because you are in the secret place - the place of supernatural protection.

"I am in the secret place of the Most High God because Jesus is my Lord. I keep my mind on the word of God and therefore I am in perfect peace. Nothing will harm me and no evil will befall me. I am supernaturally protected. What a life I live in Christ!"

Proverbs 18:20
A man’s stomach is satisfied from the fruit of his mouth; He is satisfied with the increase of his lips.

God saw darkness and He said, "Let there be light" and there was light. What are you seeing? What are you saying? What's happening? Speak Increase!

Increase begins with the mouth. Unless you realize the power of words, you will never experience the manifestation of the blessings of God. What comes out of your mouth determines the quality of your life. Speak increase. Speak abundance. Speak overflow. Some may ask, How can you speak increase when you see darkness and decrease? That's a good question. We live by faith not by what we see. Our eyes are not on the temporary, visible things but on the eternal, invisible things, not on earth but on heaven, not on the natural and physical but on the supernatural and spiritual - our eyes are on the word. Because we see different, we speak different. Hallelujah!

Citizen of heaven, only speak increase. Never speak decrease, lack, scarcity or poverty. You are under the government of heaven and you live by the economy of heaven. You future is bright! Go on with Jesus!

"I am ever increasing with the increase of God. I always win. I only win. Victory is my nature. Thanks be to God who always causes me to triumph and gives me the victory through my Lord Jesus Christ."
