No more sacrifice for sins.

Hebrews 10:3
But in those sacrifices there  is a reminder of sins every year.

People under the old covenant sacrificed animals every year for their sins. The yearly sacrifices kept them in sin consciousness because it reminded them of their weaknesses, imperfections and failures.

Sacrifices under the old covenant did not remit or take away the sins of the people, it just covered them. Every year's sacrifice reminded them of their sins and inability to please God. As long as you depend on self effort for the forgiveness of sins, you will be trapped in sins consciousness. Sin consciousness is the biggest enemy of faith. It steals your confidence and makes you afraid and uncertain in the presence of God. Your sins cannot be remitted or forgiven by anything you do. Every human effort for the forgiveness of sins is a just a reminder of your inability to cleanse and rid yourself of sin consciousness. These sacrifices are a reminder of sins. The blood of bulls and goats, the washing of the body, shedding tears, self discipline and other practices cannot and will not forgive sins, it just reminds people the strength and power of sin.

Friend, Jesus sacrificed himself once and for all, shed his blood for your sins and rose again on the third for your justification. His sacrifice is a reminder of your righteousness in the eyes of God. His sacrifice and His blood reminds you that you are holy, perfect and blameless in the presence of God. His blood does not cover our sins, it takes it away, wipes it out. As you remind yourself of His sacrifice and build your confidence in what He has done instead of your efforts, you will move from sin consciousness to righteousness consciousness. Your sacrifices for sins reminds you of the strength and power of sin. His sacrifice for sins reminds us of the strength and power of His blood.

True worshipper!

John 4:23
But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him.

The Father seeks true worshippers. He is on the look out, searching for people who worship Him in spirit and in truth.

The eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show himself strong on behalf of those who worship Him in spirit and in truth. The reason He's looking and searching for true worshippers is so that He can show His strength and glory in their lives. David was a true worshipper. God testified about David that he was a man after God's own heart. God showed his strength in David's life when He took him from being a simple shepherd boy to being the king of Israel. True worship is based on truth and it originates from the heart. Jesus spoke about the Pharisees, 'These people draw near to me with their mouth, and honour me with their lips but their heart is far from me and in vain they worship.' God wants your heart. He loves it when you worship Him with all your heart. He seeks for true worshippers who worship Him in spirit and in truth.

Friend, I encourage you to become a true worshipper of God, one who accepts and acknowledges that God is Creator, Source, Sustainer and Owner of all things and expresses it in his thoughts, words and actions. This is true worship. Jesus is the way, the truth and the life and no one can come to the Father except through Him. Give God an opportunity to show Himself strong in your life and you will never be the same. Give Him true worship. This is your time.

You are priceless!

Romans 8:32
He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?

God's love for you is beyond description. He loves you so much that He did not even spare His own Son for you. He sent Jesus to die for you and in your place. He is a Good Father.

Nothing could stop God from bringing you back to Him even if it costs Him everything He has. He gave His most precious, His most treasured, His only begotten Son just for you so He could have you back. In the eyes of God, your value and worth is beyond explanation, it's beyond words could ever decribe and minds can ever conceive. It's important that you see yourself as God sees you. Have a God view of yourself. You are not second class, useless or insignificant. You are extremely valuable, significantly precious and outstandingly priceless to God. You mean a lot to God, no wonder He didn't even spare His only Son for you. Believe the Father's love. Dwell and meditate on this crazy love. Explore the depths of this unconditional love. Scale the heights of this divine love. As you dwell on God's love, the Holy Spirit will enlighten you and give you revelations of the Father's love and make it a reality in your life. "My Father God loves me so much that He didn't even spare Jesus for me. I receive His love. I am extremely valuable to God. Thank you Father"

Friend, if someone doesn't even spare his own son but gives him up for you, then the question is, How much that person values you?. Do you realise, can you see How much God values you! How much He loves you! How desperate He is to have you! You can count on His love. You can trust His love. You can stand on His love for His love never fails. Recieve His love. Receive Jesus. This is your time. Jesus is Lord.

His faithfulness is your shield.

Psalm 91:4
He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.

Jesus is faithful, which simply means you can trust him to help you at all times. He is not moved by the times or seasons. He can always be depended on, always be relied upon for He is our ever present help. It is better to trust in the Lord than to trust in man.

This verse says His faithfulness is our shield and armour. Your awareness of His faithfulness becomes your armour. Glory to God. We need no one and nothing as our shield and armour, His faithfulness is all we need. As we trust Him and rely on Him, we will see His faithfulness and His goodness in every area of our lives. Jesus is faithful to God and He is faithful to the ones who trust Him. Before he ascended to heaven, He said to His disciples, 'I am with you always even unto the end of the age'. He says what He means and He means what He says. He will not violate His word under any condition or circumstance, He will keep His word at all times for He cannot deny Himself. Therefore, you can trust His word, You can step out on His word, You can speak His word boldly, You can share His word for Jesus is faithful. You see, every one can leave you alone but Jesus cannot and will not leave you nor forsake you for He is faithful, He can be trusted. His faithfulness is not based on seasons or governments or what he can get from you, His faithfulness is solely based on His love for you, His unconditional love for you.

Friend, He is a shield to those who trust Him and act on His word. As you take His word and make it your number one priority, you will see the faithfulness of Jesus in your life. Build the word into your consciousness and let it govern the arenas of your life. Jesus is faithful in His love for you. He is faithful in protecting and providing for you. He will never leave you nor forsake you. Make His faithfulness your shield, make His faithfulness your armour and you can be assured that no weapon of hell or this world system can penetrate the shield and armour of His faithfulness. His faithfulness, His loving kindness is better than life.

Every king has a crown!

Revelation 3:11
Behold,  I am coming quickly! Hold fast what you have, that no one may take your crown.

The day you received Jesus as your Lord and Saviour, you were born again and your name was written in the Lamb's book of life. In the eyes of God, you became a king the moment you got born again and every king has a crown.

Your crown of life awaits you in heaven. The crown of life is for those who have received Jesus as their Lord and Saviour and have been faithful to Him till the last breath of their lives. It's for those who have been faithful to Jesus inspite of tremendous trials, challenges and persecutions, it's for those who didn't give up on Jesus inspite of all odds. The crown of life is for those who have endured till the end, for those who are faithful to the name of Jesus. The crown of life awaits you. At that great day, Jesus, the Kings of kings will place the incorruptible crown of life on your head and honour you for believing on Him and for being faithful to Him till the end. Many people start with Jesus but the love of the world, the love of money, the persecutions and challenges of life and the deceitfulness of sin steal their crowns away. Although they start with Jesus, they were not able to finish with Him. This won't be your case because by all means, you have not only started with Jesus but you will stick with Him and you will finish with Him. Glory to God.

Friend, don't let Satan take away your crown. You may be facing lots of challenges and pressure on all sides, I encourage you to keep your eyes on Jesus. Don't you ever give up on Him. He will never give up on you. Never. Look to Jesus, consider Him, be faithful to Him and you will receive grace and strength to overcome the challenges of life, to resist sin and to be focused on kingdom expansion. Your crown awaits you. You will make it because Jesus is your Lord. This is Your time.

The backbone of truth!

I Timothy 3:15
but if I am delayed, I  write so that you may know how you ought to conduct yourself in the house of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and ground of the truth.

The church of the living God is the backbone and support of the truth. Jesus Christ is the head of the church and He has commanded his church to propagate the truth. The church is the hub of truth.

All over the world people are seeking the truth. They are desperate for the truth. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth and the life. His Spirit and His word is truth. Yet in many places, the truth is compromised. Churches need to stand firm on the truth and must be bold in living and declaring the truth. The church is the pillar and foundation of the truth. Yet if the church compromises on the truth, how will the world hear the truth? Satan is a liar and a father of lies. The Bible says in the last days deception and lies will increase. Only the church of the Lord Jesus Christ can combat these demonic forces and keep them under by speaking and living the truth in love. Truth attracts persecution but don't you shrink or compromise on the truth. The saints of old gave up their lives for Jesus, for the word of God, for the truth but didn't give up on the truth. No matter what happens, live the truth and speak the truth, for you are the church of the living God.

Friend, days are getting darker but we need to remember, the church has authority over all principality, power, might and dominion and every name in this age and in the one to come. It's not time to draw back, shrink or compromise, it's time to step out and boldly declare that Jesus is Lord. For us to live is Christ and to die is gain. Live for Jesus, die for Jesus for he is our life and the length of our days. Jesus is Lord. Jesus is the truth.

Jesus, my righteousness!

Jeremiah 23:6
In His days Judah will be saved, And Israel will dwell safely; Now this is His name by which He will be called: THE Lord OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS.

Jesus is your righteousness. He is the reason you are righteous. He makes you right with God.

Since Jesus is alive forever, your righteousness is forever because Jesus is your righteousness. Your righteousness is locked in Jesus and in Him is your righteousness secured. He is the guarantee that we are righteous. Some one might ask you, How did you become righteous?-- Where did you go? What did you do? How many good works did you perform? What sacrifice you offered? How many hours you prayed or fasted? How many hours you cried? How many steps you climbed? Be bold and answer, None of these, it's only because of Jesus for He is my righteousness. When this truth becomes a reality to you, you will be excited about serving Jesus and sharing Him with the world. You begin to live for Jesus and die for Him. Righteousness is not by your works, it's by the works of Jesus and therefore Jesus becomes your righteousness.

Friend, since Jesus is your righteousness,  you won't lose your righteousness by making mistakes. Mistakes don't take away your righteousness because your perfections didn't make you righteous. Jesus is your righteousness. By all means, stay connected to Him. Live in Him, walk in Him, talk in Him for He is your righteousness. This is your time to rule and reign for Jesus is your Lord.
