Your healing is Gods will.

Luke 5.13
Then He put out His hand and touched him, saying, “I am willing; be cleansed.”  Immediately the leprosy left him.

A man full of leprosy came to Jesus and said if you are willing, you can make me clean. Many  people are of this same opinion, they know God can heal them but just like this man they are not sure whether he will. They question his willingness.  They are not sure whether he will.

Healing is God's will for all men for all times. Isaiah says Jesus was wounded for our transgression, he was bruised for our iniquities, the punishment for our peace was upon him and by his stripes, wounds and bruises, we are healed.  Sickness is a curse and Galatians says Jesus redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us so that the blessing of Abraham might come upon us. You don't have to be sick. You don't have to be in pain. You don't have to be weak. Jesus came, died, went to hell, defeated all of hell and rose again on the third day so you could walk in total and complete healing, health and wholeness. As a born again child of God, healing is your birth right. Don't settle for anything less. Do not let Satan deceive you. Do not let religion deceive you. Healing belongs to you. Jesus purchased your healing with his own blood.

Jesus said to the leprous man, Ofcourse I will. The word says my people are destroyed for a lack of knowledge.  Understand that your healing is God's will. So I encourage you to fight the good fight of faith and don't leave out on what Jesus has so graciously provided. By his blood he has forgiven all your sins and healed all your diseases. Psalms 103 says Bless the Lord,  O my soul, all my inmost being bless his holy name, who forgives all my sins and heals all my diseases. Bless the Lord.

Faith can fix it.

Luke 8.25
But He said to them, “Where is your faith?” And they were afraid, and marveled, saying to one another, “Who can this be? For He commands even the winds and water, and they obey Him!”

Jesus said to his disciples Let us go over to the other side of the lake. When the storms challenged the words of Jesus, the disciples were greatly afraid and concluded that Jesus didn't care for them.

Jesus rebuked the winds and said to them Where is your faith? The winds didnt obey Jesus because he was the Son of God, they obeyed because he used his faith. This is the reason he asked them where is your faith?. He knew faith could fix it because he had already given the disciples his word concerning the matter. The disciples allowed the storm to steal the words of Jesus. Hence they couldn't use their faith because there was no word foundation.   Once the devil stole the word, they were afraid and started blaming Jesus for being so  careless. Friend, no matter what challenges you are facing today, I want to let you know that your faith can fix it. When you hold on to the words of Jesus by faith, you access the power thats backing the words. Its only by faith you can access grace. Its only by faith you can access the power of God.

You see Jesus wasn't afraid of the storm. He spoke what he heard the Father say before he got into the boat and in the midst of the storm, he held on to the words of his Father.  When he spoke the words of the Father, the power of the Father was released and there was a great calm. I encourage you to speak the word of God to your challenges. As you hold firmly, steadfastly and consistently to your confession, you will see the manifestation of Gods power. Remember, your faith in Gods word can fix anything.

Lord, teach us

Lord, teach us.
- Pastor Ashish Mathews

Luke 11.1
Now it came to pass, as He was praying in a certain place, when He ceased, that one of His disciples said to Him, “Lord, teach us to pray, as John also taught his disciples.”

Prayer was of top most priority in the life of Jesus. The disciples never saw Jesus skip prayer in spite of his busy schedule. For Jesus, prayer was more important than ministry itself. The disciples understood the secret behind the successful life of Jesus and they asked him, Lord, teach us how to pray.

God created mankind in his image and in his likeness so he could fellowship with us. Fellowship was the reason for creation. Fellowship results in dominion. This is exactly what we see in the life of Jesus. He was in daily and constant communion with his Father and the result was, he dominated every where he went. He healed people, walked on water, spoke to a fig tree, rebuked fever, scolded winds, raised the dead, blessed humanity and glorified his Father. Prayer should never be a burden. Its an awesome privilege that God has given humanity to connect with him. The apostle Paul says pray without ceasing. That means always stay connected to God. Jesus said I am the vine, you are the branches, he who abides in me and my words abide in him will bear much fruit, for without me you can do nothing. This verse shows the power of fellowship, the power of prayer. Jesus has given us his name to use in prayer. He has given us his word to help us understand the principles that govern prayer. He has given the mighty Holy Spirit to help us in our prayer life. What a wonderful Saviour we have!

Saint, you were created to have fellowship with God. Begin spending time with God every day of your life. Pray to the Father in the name of Jesus and ask according to his word and He will answer. Worship him with songs of praise and thanksgiving. Spend time praying in tongues. Spend time listening to Him, for our God is not dead but alive. You may be struggling in some areas of your life today but as you start spending time with God, you will begin to overcome the challenges and enjoy your life. Begin today. God bless you.

*"I am a person of prayer. Prayer is my priority. Spending time with my Father is my top most priority. I walk with my Father and I have dominion in every area of life. Thank you Lord!"*

Praise is power.

Psalms 22.3
But You are holy, Enthroned in the praises of Israel.

Every time you praise God, something extraordinary happens. God inhabits, dwells and enthornes the praises of his people. When you praise God,  God shows up.

You remember Paul and Silas were put in prison for preaching the gospel. They were beaten very bad and were in chains. There was no reason to praise God in that moment. They didn't feel like praising God. But the word says Paul and Silas started signing and praising God. They made a decision to praise God inspite of the terrible challenges they were facing. As they were praising God, there was an earthquake and the foundation of the prison was shaken and chains came out of their hands and the prison doors were opened. Hallelujah. Praise is powerful. Friend, you may be in a similar situation as Paul and Silas. You see no reason to praise God. Things may be tough right now. Many challenges may be surrounding you. Just like Paul and Silas, I encourage you no matter what you are going through, just begin to praise God.  To praise means to exalt, to magnify, to speak highly of. As you take your eyes away from the problems, the difficulties and challenges and begin to praise God, God will show up and when God shows up, the foundation of that problem will he shaken.

Praising God is a choice. Make a quality decision to exalt him. Tell him that he is All powerful. There is nothing that he cannot do. He is the King of kings and the Lord of lords. Jesus is Lord.

His mercy endures forever

His mercy endures forever.
- Pastor Ashish Mathews

Ephesians 2.4
But God is so rich in mercy, and he loved us so much

I am so glad that our Father God is rich, abundant and immense in mercy. His mercy never ends and its new every morning. It's because of his mercy, grace and great love that we are alive today.  Psalms 136 says the Lord is good and his mercy endures forever.

It's God's mercy that we didn't get what we deserved. Our sins qualified us to be under God's wrath and condemnation.  We were by nature, children of God's wrath. Romans 5. 6-8 says very rarely will someone die for a righteous man, some one may even dare to die for a good man. But God demonstrates his love for us, in that while we were still sinners, ungodly, weak and his enemies, Christ died for us. The biggest display of God's mercy, love and grace is the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Our salvation has nothing to do with our works. No flesh will boast before God. We are not saved because of any good, nice or clean things we did. The Bible says all of our righteous deed are like filthy rags. It's not because of our good works, it's simply because God is rich in mercy, abundant in grace and great in love. Today, I encourage you to receive his mercy. He doesn't judge you or condemn you. He loves you irrespective of the mistakes you have made, irrespective of the sins you have committed, He still loves you and wants to extend his mercy and grace to you. Receive His mercy! Receive Jesus, for He is the fullness of God's grace and mercy. Stay connected to Jesus, your Source and Sustainer.

A woman caught in adultery was brought to Jesus, Jesus didn't condemn her because he is rich in mercy. He spoke to her and said, 'I do not condemn you. Go and sin no more'. He did not stone her but extended his mercy by forgiving her of what she did and gave her his grace, his ability to sin no more. Beloved, his mercy endures forever and his grace is sufficient.  Come boldly to the throne of grace that you may obtain mercy and find grace to help you in your time of need. Hallelujah.

"My Father is the Father of mercies. My sins were many and my punishment was severe but God, who is rich in mercy and because of His great love, sent Jesus to die for me. The blood of Jesus has wiped out my sins and paid for my entire punishment. His mercy endures forever. Hallelujah. I sin no more!"

His will is His bill.

Genesis 22.14
And Abraham called the name of the place, The- Lord -Will-Provide; as it is said to this day, “In the Mount of the Lord it shall be provided.”

God told Abraham to offer his only son as a burnt offering to the Lord on one of the mountains in the land of Moriah. The bible says Abraham got up early morning and started his journey. Obedience pleases God.

As Abraham was about to offer his son, the angel of the Lord intervened and there was a ram caught in the thickets by its horns. Gods vision will never lack Gods provision. If you do what God has called you to do, you will never lack provision. His will is His bill. In the mount of God it shall be provided. You remember, Jesus spoke about the birds of the air. He said they neither sow nor reap nor store in barns yet your Heavenly Father feeds them. Birds are created to fly and as they do what they are created to do they find food. Gods provision is in Gods vision. In the will of God it shall be provided. We must step out on his word and start on his vision. Abraham couldn't see a ram when he started but He stepped out anyhow. Many a times, people don't step out in their God given purpose and call because they can't see how their needs will be met. We live by faith and not by sight. We serve a God who is Jehovah Jireh, the one who sees ahead and provides.

I encourage you to discover your God given assignment and fulfill it because Gods vision never lacks Gods provision.  Although you may not see any signs of provision but step out in faith because the same God who takes care of birds is the same God who will take care of us. In the Mount of God it shall be provided.

Do not touch.

Genesis 20.3
But God came to Abimelech in a dream by night, and said to him, “Indeed you are a dead man because of the woman whom you have taken, for she is a man’s wife.”

--> When Abraham came to the land of Gerar Abhimelech, the king of Gerar took Sarah, Abrahams wife for himself. But God intervened and spoke on Abrahams behalf.

You see, Abraham had a covenant with the Almighty God. God said to him whoever blesses you I will bless but whoever curses you I will curse. When Abhimelech touched Abrahams wife, He actually touched God. God showed up and took care of the matter. This was for Abraham who had a covenant with God in the blood of animals. How much more will God do it for us, we who have a covenant with God in the blood of his precious son, Jesus. Anyone one who touches you touches God. Its dangerous to touch God. Friend, be conscious of the covenant that God has made with you in the blood of his son Jesus. The bible says the battle is the Lords and the Lord will fight for you. When Satan and his team tries to steal your health, your finances, your peace, your joy or may be your job or house or family member do not give up. Keep believing and keep confessing that you are Abrahams seed and that you have a covenant with the Almighty God in the blood of Jesus.

Christ has given us the victory. Stay in your position of victory and declare your victory over Satan and his entire kingdom. As you do it with praise and thanksgiving, heaven fights for you and keeps you in victory. For victory is your birthright and you will enjoy it all the days of your life. Victory all the time for Jesus has done it all. Hallelujah.
